ImgHost.eu bietet dem Kunden einen kostenlosen Grafik-Hostingservice an.
§2
Der Kunde versichert ImgHost.eu, dass sämtliche hochgeladene Grafiken frei von Rechten Dritter sind.
§3
Es ist dem Kunden untersagt, Grafiken hochzuladen, die pornographisches, rassistisches oder in sonstiger Weise rechtswidriges Material zur Schau stellen.
§4
ImgHost.eu behält sich das Recht vor, einzelne Grafiken ohne Angabe von Gründen zu löschen. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf die Nutzung und keine Garantie gegenüber der Verfügbarkeit des Dienstes.
§5
Grafiken bleiben 30 Tage lang gespeichert. Danach werden sie automatisch gelöscht.
